Hi, I am Isobel Salmon and I am a qualified, experienced Person-centred counsellor practising near Norwich, Norfolk.

At Kaleidoscope Counselling, I offer a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions. My practice is based in my home, in the village of Caistor St Edmund, just a short drive from Norwich city centre. Whether you are facing specific challenges or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I am here to help and support you.

My approach is Person-centred and grounded in empathy, confidentiality and respect. Counselling is a journey and I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.

I offer Individual counselling, couples counselling, supervision for qualified & trainee counsellors, supervision for fellow professionals and group facilitation.
